College and Career Readiness Camp 2021

June 21 - July 2, 2021

Free Summer Camp for High School students attending Dr. Martin Luther King Junior Early College and Kunsmiller Creative Arts Academy

We Build Pathways...

MSU Denver’s Center for Urban Education (CUE) was established in 2004 as a partnership with Denver Public Schools (DPS) to ensure that young people and their families have access to a continuum of support – that extends beyond the school day and school building and brings the university and its resources directly to their doorsteps.

This continuum of support encompasses tutoring, intervention and credit-recovery services to increase K-12 student achievement in core academic areas required for school and college success; enrichment programs and activities to build students’ motivation to learn, participate, and advocate for their own educational success; and family engagement to guide students and parents through college readiness requirements and processes, and build their confidence that opportunities for postsecondary education and workforce success are available to them.

Up-To-Date Information
To ensure student safety, the Center for Urban Education  plans to offer virtual summer camps for DPS after-school program participants in June and July. Our central team and University student staff continue to work from home and are available by email or phone. Please let us know if we can provide support during this difficult time. Please contact us at 303-605-5813.
