Enrollment Services Call Center adjusts hours

The reduced availability will help the team deliver better and more accurate customer service.

Enrollment Services Call Center staff at work.Beginning this week, the Enrollment Services Call Center will reduce its Friday hours. This will allow staff and student employees the opportunity to touch base and get updates on constantly evolving situations around Metropolitan State University of Denver. Staying on top of important campus information will ensure that Call Center employees are providing the most accurate details and the best customer service experience possible. The new Call Center hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and staff will be available to take calls from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays. 

Call Center staff members answer tens of thousands of inbound calls a year for the Offices of Financial Aid and Scholarships, Admissions and the Registrar as well as the University’s general phone line. Staff members also answer all of the live chat inquiries that come through the University website and maintain and build out the financial-aid chatbot. They will also monitor and respond on behalf of the Universitywide chatbot that is currently being implemented.
