Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (C-SEAP)

The Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (C-SEAP) has been available as a confidential resource to state employees for over 30 years. Their credentialed staff offers professional assessment, referral, and short-term counseling services to State employees with work-related or personal concerns. Additionally, C-SEAP is a resource for supervisors and managers seeking individual managerial consultation, work-group organizational development, assistance with conflict resolution, or help with resolution of work-place traumatic events. A representative from C-SEAP will discuss the confidential services available to State employees, as well as address topics like stress management, wellness, and resiliency.
